Conditions for returning a product within 14 days of purchase:

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
you can return a product within 14 days if the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used (not even once)

  • There is no damage or signs of use; the product's marketable appearance is fully preserved.

  • The original packaging is intact, including the blister pack, factory film, etc., being undamaged.

  • The product is in perfect working order.

Please note that the following categories of goods are not eligible for exchange/return:

 

Procedure for Returning or Exchanging a New Product:

To exchange/return a product, you must contact me using the contact details and provide the following information:

  • Buyer's details:

    • Full Name (Last Name, First Name, Patronymic)

    • Phone number

    • Passport details (series, number, issuing authority, date of issue)

  • Product information:

    • Product receipt (a photo or screenshot of it)

    • List of items to be exchanged/returned

    • Reason for exchange/return
      (detailed description of breakage, defect, malfunction, incompleteness, damage, product non-conformity, or other)

    • Attach several close-up photos or a video of the product

  • Bank card number (to which the funds will be refunded)

  • Desired action (exchange or refund)

The cost of shipping for the return of a new product within 14 days is paid by the buyer (in cases where the product did not suit in terms of color, size, or other visual attributes).
